Listen up, textile designers, weavers, fabric lovers and visual artists! If you haven’t visited Lottozero, now is the time! This Saturday, September 26 from 11am-8pm, Lottozero is hosting an OPEN DAY so that you and other like-minded creatives can get to know the space, check out their machinery, equipment and activities, and meet the team that will help bring your projects to life.
Are you curious to know how a fabric takes shape? Do you want to understand how a loom works? Do you want to try screenprinting and discover the sophisticated operation of a knitting machine? This is the place to do it! The Lottozero team will be on hand to show you all the machinery and tools they have available and demonstrate how they work. You will be also be able to try out some the techniques yourself.
The OPEN DAY this Saturday is the first event of LOTTOZERO OPEN CLUB, a series of events aimed at getting the local community involved in the space to share knowledge and experience related to textile culture: workshops with artists and designers, talks, presentations and meetings related to the textile sector.
