Created for the occasion of an informal studio visit organized by Creative People in Florence, When you pass through… is a performance work engaging the legacy of triumph victory and precarious occupation. Mobile sound based sculptures occupy the airwaves of Piazza della Libertà for this inside look at the work and practice of Justin Randolph Thompson. Post performance an audience driven conversation around art and public space will be moderated by Anna Rose. The work is in collaboration with Andre Halyard with the participation of Almaz Corno D’Africa.
