CPiF cannot wait for the opening of the exhibition Ruvidezze this Friday, October 16 at 7pm, which also marks the official inauguration of Cartavetra, a new art space in Via Maggio 64r.  After a major renovation, the space is ready to host shows, courses and workshops spanning a variety of art media.

Cartavetra seeks to carve out its niche as a unique space bridging contemporary and applied arts, with a special interest in book arts, paper, and narrative. We first learned about Cartavetra last year when we met illustrator (and founding member of the Cartavetra) Luna Colombini at one of our Creative Aperitivo events.  We later featured her in our Instagram takeover project.  Come out on Friday to meet Luna and the rest of the Cartavetra team, Brunella Baldi, Pietro Desirò, Valeria Castellani and Rosita D’Agrosa.

The artists participating in Ruvidezze are Elisa Biagini, Riccardo Biondi, Vincenzo Burlizzi, Francesco Chiacchio, Lyall Harris, Eriko Kito, Marco Lituani, Daniela Iride Murgia, Lisa Nocentini, Maurizio Olivotto, Arianna Papini, Stefano Ricci, Flavia Robalo, Gianna Scoino, and Antonello Silverini.  For more information, and to join the Facebook event, click here.

Opening hours:
Monday-Friday 15-19:30
Saturday 10-13 and 15-19:30
Second and third Sunday of the month
